REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Items shipped from Coppernetix.net, including retail stores that carry Coppernetix CuGem Collection, can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Note:
- Coppernetix.net accepts returns for items fulfilled by third-party sellers as long as you return the original receipt with the product Warranty Card.
- If the item you purchased from Coppernetix.net is returnable, you must fill out the enclosed Warranty Card and select Return or Replace Item. Attach the Original Purchase Receipt to the Warranty Card. Package items back into the original package and mail to:

Once received, inspected, and approved for a full or partial refund, we will send you a notification with an explanation and the refund will be immediately processed. *Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s bank account.
