We proudly stand behind the quality, design, and build of our crystal calibration bags as mentioned in the CuGem Collection. Coppernetix, LLC offers a comprehensive lifetime replacement warranty that replaces any bag for any reason, once a year, for the life of the company. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect or purchaser’s damage for any reason.

WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR U.S.A. AND CANADA
Please retain a copy of your dated sales receipt along with your Warranty Card and damaged product in order to submit a replacement warranty claim.
Product MUST be shipped back to Coppernetix’ Warranty Department in order to process a replacement. If you do not have the original packaging of said product, please package the product, sales receipt, and Warranty Card in a padded envelope and mail to this address:
